So have you decided on where to go this coming summer? There are lots of beautiful places you can choose from where the whole family can explore and enjoy. To make your summer vacation hassle-free and more enjoyable, here are some of the things that must occupy a space in your traveling bags.
Clothes. Of course, packing your clothes is an essential part of the experience. Choose clothes that are made of fabrics that are summer friendly. They must be breathable, comfortable and lightweight. Cotton, silk and linen are perfect summer companions.
Sunscreen, Sun block and Lip Balms. Never go to the beach without these skin protectors. Your skin doesn’t have to suffer while you are having a grand time under the sun. This will help you relish the beach without worrying about sunburns and dry lips.
Sunglasses and Hats. Other sun protections you don’t want to forget to pack are pair of cool sunglasses and a fashionable hat. They are essentials to enjoy the walks under the sun.
Flip flops. Another essential for any travel is comfortable footwear. Although walking on the beach barefoot is a great experience, there are lots of walking in the beach that are best done with these flip flops.
Camera and Journal. Of course, traveling is about making beautiful unforgettable memories and capturing them as they happen. Always bring your camera and be prepared for such little surprises.

Yes! I can't wait to do some exploring this summer. Not sure where yet, but that list has got me thinking!
I think I can do without the sunglasses and hats. I just can't seem to feel comfortable in them. But I can't live without my camera and my journal! Great list!
No firm plans yet but it is my hope we can go to the beach before school this year...

It's funny that I sometimes forget the camera and journal. And to think I'm a blogger. haha! ;) Anyway, even if I am not able to take shots of every single summer activity, it's the family bonding that counts. :) But Will bring all of those next time we go to the beach. :)

These are great summer must-haves! I don't have a physical journal, though, as I write all our summer escapades in my blog.
