Us parents should be aware that overweight kids are prone to developing “adult” conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. When it comes to keeping kids weight healthy and lessen the risk of obesity, these ways are easy and will help a lot.
An ideal is more servings of water and less sweet added sugar drink. Keep 100% natural fruit juice for up to 4 to 6 oz servings daily. Let your kid play actively for at least one hour most of the week. Running around outside, playing tag, involvement in sports like basketball, biking or go swimming are activities best for kids.
Ways mentioned are just simple yet contribute a huge impact on our child’s healthy weight. Actually, my little man’s weight is over to his age and that’s already alarming for me. I’m in the process of practicing these ways to keep his weight balance before everything is too late especially that high blood pressure and diabetes runs in the family.

I observed that some children are obese but parents like their status because of health reasons. Yes, as a mother, start to be aware and discipline if possible for healthier child.
I remember when I was still a kid when the play we know is all about running, jumping, and not sitting around looking at our iPads. ;)
Hopefully, parents will be encouraged to promote sports or physical activity at a younger age.
Good move! As a mother, we should see also the healthy future of our children. If we have a healthy mother, we will have a healthy child ---vice versa.
