Cholesterol is mostly found in
animal foods. Foods from plants are said to be almost entirely cholesterol
free. However, it is undeniable that our lifestyles can get busy which most of
the time pushing us to make unhealthy food choices which in effect, could make
us risk of having a high cholesterol blood count.

Limit the intake of egg yolk to 2
or 3 times a week

It's so irksome having to cut out all the food you enjoy,
I love eggs and the crispy skin off a roast chicken.
I love red meat but we do eat fish at least twice per week, could eat more fish though, which wouldn't be a problem.

As someone who has had high cholesterol I know how painful it is simply to remember to cut out some things from our diet. You're right - egg yolks are the first to go. Thanks for that tip.
